VEGETARIAN BEGINNER GOODIES

WE WILL PROVIDE THE FOOD AND MEAL PREP CONTAINERS FOR YOU. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR MASK DURING PREPARATION.

WE CAN NOT WAIT TO SHARE OUR BEGINNER GOODIES WITH YOU. WE ARE LEARNING AND GROWING AND WE WANT YOU TO GROW WITH US :)

Breakfast Lunch and Dinner
BREAK FAST- Because when you awake your body is coming from a deep fast, try to eat around 10 a.m.  You must give your body time to adapt to its current status and slowly introduce nutrients. Breakfast should consist 2-4 servings of fruit and tea.
LUNCH- Give your body time before you mix fruits and veggies, eat lunch about 2 hours after your break fast. They work differently, increase digestion and reduce bloating. 
DINNER- Eat your largest meal between 4-8p.m. That way you still have a couple hours to walk it off and enjoy a comfortable night sleep.
