BREAK FAST- Because when you awake your body is coming from a deep fast, try to eat this around 10 a.m. You must give your body time to adapt to its current status and slowly introduce nutrients. Breakfast will consist of Two Fruits, Nuts and Tea.
LUNCH- Give your body time before you mix fruits and veggies, eat lunch about 2 hours after your break fast. They work differently, increase digestion and reduce bloating.
DINNER- Eat your largest meal between 5-6 p.m. That way you still have a couple hours to walk it off and enjoy a comfortable night sleep.
